Consultation

Preferably, you make an appointment online or via the
‘MijnOnlineAgenda’ app.
For the site and app, you must first create a connection. After that, you have access to the doctor’s agenda and you can make an appointment on any available spot. You will then receive a confirmation email.

For a Telephone discussions laboratory test results, etc. Call in the morning between 11:40 and 12:10 and in the afternoon between 16:40 and 17:10.

For an in-depth discussion and multiple questions, it is best to make an appointment.

Doctors only work by appointment. Always arrive on time, in this way, we avoid long lines in the waiting room. Your doctor tries to stick to this schedule the best he can. But, due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be times when you have to wait a little longer. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

Please always sign up for One appointment per patient. You can also make an appointment for several people, up to a family of max. 4 people.

You should also first consult our Regulations and Certificates. These cannot be requested by phone or e-mail.

Home visits

Urgent home visits

Home visits are scheduled in consultation with the general practitioner.
Please first contact our secretary by phone at the number 02 304 67 88.
The secretary will note your request for a home visit and pass it on to the general practitioner.
The doctor will then personally call you back to arrange the home visit together.
Our secretary is available between 8:30 and 18:30.

Planned home visits

Scheduled home visits for Dr. Kashefi take place on Wednesday mornings.
Scheduled home visits for Dr. Najib take place on Friday mornings.
